Shipping and Returns
Orders for “in-stock” products placed by 3 PM PST on any business day are normally shipped within 1-3 business days upon payment approval. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST are considered received on the following business day. We do not ship items on weekends or postal holidays. All orders will be shipped insured through USPS priority mail. If you need a different shipping method, please contact us for rates and options. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking # once your order has shipped.
Returns can only be accepted on sealed/unopened products. Please contact us for an RMA# before returning any unused products. We can not accept any returns without an RMA# To obtain an RMA# please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 360-901-8592
If a product is proven to be defective, it will be replaced at no charge or the cost refunded to the customer. For all other returns there will be a 15% restocking charge.
We can only accept orders from and ship to the United States and Canada at this time. No other international orders will be accepted.
