2020 has been one of the most challenging years we have ever faced. Between the pandemic, politics, and incredible challenges that all of our customers and business partners have faced, The paradox “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times” has never seemed more fitting. That said, we want to thank each and every one of our customers for their continued support and the overwhelming growth of HGV.
We have reached the maximum capacity of our production facility and will be moving into a new, larger facility once it’s completed in 2021. We are blending 7 days a week right now to fulfill all outstanding orders but lead times are longer than usual. Currently we are about 7-10 business days out. With the Holidays upon us and the unprecedented impact on the shipping industry from Covid-19, please understand that there may be delays from the usual transit times as well. We are working with multiple shipping partners to expedite deliveries but most of them are at maximum capacity as well.
Due to the increase in demand, I have not been able to personally provide the level of customer support that our customers have grown accustomed to and I do apologize for delays in responses and not being able to answer every single call that comes in. Please bear with us during the upcoming expansion as it will allow us to not only continue to meet the needs of our current customers and distribution partners but also allow us to take on new clients as well. We want to be able to respond to every call and support request that comes in so PLEASE be sure to leave a message or send me a text directly if I can not answer your call when it comes in. I will respond to all messages and texts every evening in the order that they came in. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
As part of our expansion, we have been informed from our financial institution, our insurance provider, and the Department of Agriculture that as of 1/1/2021 we will be required to keep a copy of all of our wholesale/commercial customers business licenses and agricultural or wholesale tax exemption forms on file. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause but will be unable to fulfill orders after that time without the proper documentation on file. Please submit your information through email with a .pdf file attached to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions with future orders.
For our retail customers, we will be required to collect and submit sales tax in certain states that now require it. The website store is being updated as quickly as possible to reflect this change so there might be intermittent down time as the changes take place. Please contact the department of revenue in your state if you have any questions.
